New cluster mushroom produced in Korea has protein, major amino acids (lysine, aspartic acid, glutamine acid), good quality of vitamins and biotin, which is rare in plants. Especially, most mushrooms lack vitamin C; however the new pine mushroom has vitamin B6 which is rare in other mushrooms, and small amount of B12 which has helps cure pernicious anemia. In the case of vitamin C, it has been proved that it has 21.4mg/100g, which is 7 times more than that of the agaric mushroom and 10 times more than that of the nettle tree mushroom.
