Bistro Bulgogi opened its doors in Doral (Miami, FL) in September 2014 with extensive menu offerings of delectable Korean cuisine.  Our mission is to present Korean cuisine in a way that is pleasing to both the eyes and the tastebuds.

Korean food is healthy and includes an abundance of fresh and healthy vegetables, incorporated in both the main and side dishes for a well-balanced meal.  This is evident in one of our most popular Korean dishes called Bibimbap, consisting of a variety of sautéed and lightly seasoned vegetables served over rice.  Bibimbap literally translates to “mixed rice”, where you mix all of the ingredients on your own with a spicy pepper paste.  Bulgogi  is another favorite among many, which is thinly-sliced beef in a sweet soy marinade, grilled over high heat.

Offering much more than the familiar traditional dishes of Korea, you won’t want to miss our fusion twists and snow-textured shaved ice cream desserts to complete your dining experience.

Our dedicated staff is led by Chef Mi-Yeong Kim, who has graduated from Le Cordon Bleu as Valedictorian.
