Cut your lunchmeat however shape you like. Set aside. In the same pan cook your chopped kimchi until all the juice evaporates. Then add in your seasonings. Set aside. Cook you egg however you want. You can scramble it, sunny side up it, ANYWAY you like! 🙂 set that aside. Now you can assemble with rice on the bottom, spam on one side, kimchi on one, egg in the middle, and then top it with the seasoned seaweed and sesame seeds. Close the lunch box and SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE! Stir if needed.
