There are lots of cooking shows in Korea. One of my favorites is Cook Representative on JTBC (in Korean: 쿡가대표, International cooking variety show).
It’s fun to watch. It was USA team vs Korea team for the latest episode last week. Pork Belly BBQ is one of the most popular Korean food. We haven’t thought to make it fried, because it’s too thick to fry. 🙂
However, US team presented a brilliant cooking idea on Pork Belly, and it was interesting. I found a clip on Youtube.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t find its clip with ENG subtitle, but I hope you can enjoy watching. 🙂
