On December 13, 2017, the K-Food Restaurant and Industry Leaders Forum event was held at Westwood Country Club in Vienna, VA. K-Food restaurants and distributors in the DC Metropolitan gathered to share information and raise awareness about Korean food and how to improve Korean food imports to benefit K-Food industries in the U.S.

Westwood Country Club was the perfect location to discuss the success of our efforts for K-Food Restaurant Week 2017 with everyone involved. We had a lovely time sharing insights with friends and colleagues over delicious food! Thank you to everyone who came and participated and special thanks to the speakers Jung Ju Kim and Jae Han Kwon from The Embassy of Korea, Julie Sproesser of Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington, Sung Kil Lee of Lotte Plaza Market and Gimga's own Mihae Kim.
