Finally it’s Friday~ 🙂 How about Kimchi Pancake with Korean Rice Wine!
Kimchi-jeon is made by pan-frying flour batter with well-fermented kimchi. Kimchi is a very important Korean dish, to the extent that Koreans say that kimchi is all that is needed to empty a bowl of rice. There are many recipes for both kimchi and kimchi-jeon.
