The chief of Korean Grille is from Pusan City of Korea. Pusan, or Busan as it is sometime known by, is South Korea’s second largest city, after the capital, Seoul. Busan cooking emphasizes lots of fresh vegetables and seafood. Busan is a seaport, so the chef has years of experience selecting fresh fish and seafood, and takes great pride in serving our patrons fresh and delicious seafood of the highest quality. We at Korean Grille restaurant would like to introduce traditional Korean dishes such as Bulgogi, Kimchi, and Seafood as the first Korean restaurant in the Quincy area.
