We have a variety of traditional Korean dishes like our famous Kalbi Jjim, braised short rib in a special sauce, or traditional Korean dumplings (mandu) made from scratch. On top of that we give more diverse options to the customers, also creating unique, unexpected fusion dishes like the Kimchi Quesadilla, caramelized kimchi with perilla leaves in melted jack and cheddar cheese, and a crowd favorite: Soo Yook Sliders. These consist of pork belly, cucumber and scallions, apples, and cilantro all stuffed into steamed mantau buns.
