Dak & Bop – The emphasis is on Korean fried chicken, but the rest of the menu is a fusion of Asian and Mexican cuisines. The chicken process is simple: Choose from five flavors, a mild soy and garlic, hot and spicy or medium spicy – a mix of the other two, sriracha honey-lime or buffalo hot; choose wings, drumsticks or tenders; choose an assortment of appetizers while waiting on the chicken!
As expected from being twice-fried, the chicken arrives hot and crispy, with a crunchy crust and juicy interior. Wash it all down with a craft beer or cocktail from our selection.
